Getting a Good Night’s Sleep is a must because it is crucial to our health and well being! But to be honest I had never really knew, let alone even thought, about just how important it is, until a few months ago. And it seems I was not alone!
In 2016 the CDC stated that 1 in 3 American adults do not get enough sleep. And in 2017 the Sleep Foundation found that only 10% of American adults prioritize their sleep over other daily routines such as work, personal life, and/or fitness routines. Why is it that so many of us fail to realize the importance of a good night’s sleep? I sincerely don’t have the answer for this!
