How many times has your New Years Resolution been to lose weight. Or to start that diet and stick with it. Maybe it was just to start eating healthier. If you are like me its been just about every year since….forever!
My Personal Experience
I make my goal, I have my plan of attack and then….I even start out great. Well for the first couple of days. Sometimes I get lucky and I last a few weeks. But then it seems like I’m to busy to make that healthy dinner. Or to tired to figure out what healthy dinner I should make. And then I go to my usual, unhealthy recipes that I know like the back of my hand. Then there’s those times where I am craving a snack and I just happen to be in the grocery store. “I’ll just grab a back of FunYuns, and be on my way”, me at 7am, Horrible, right! Lol I know! SMH
So, let just say I know its very hard to keep that goal and stay with that diet. Even if you can’t stay with that diet, there are simple ways you can start eating healthier. They may not help you lose your weight lose goal as fast as that diet, but something is better than nothing. And your body will thank you for it. Also it is a step closer to eating healthier. Moving forward is always better than staying put. Right! With out much further ado, lets get into it!
